Lamento no haber tenido la oportunidad de despedirme como debido desde Yerevan. Lo pase muy bien en Villa Delenda, y todas las visitas que tuve lo encontraron muy agradable. El equipo de chicas todas estupendas en su amabilidad y eficiencia. Desde luego que lo voy a promover (y quizas dar unas sugerencias) pero hay que esperar mi regreso a Chile a fin de mes. Gracias tambien a Antonio por su amable mensaje.

Villa Delenda-if people knew this place they wouldn't want to leave or live anywhere else. The mood, the hosts, the food, the service, the authenticity they are all gathered in this one old cultural place, which should remain here to remind the Armenians and the visitors of the richness of the true Armenian history and culture through its architecture and hosts!!
Thank you for making our stay so wonderful-looking forward to coming back soon and we will surely do our best to ake sure this Armenian treasure is not swept away.....

Beirut-Yerevan-Beirut
When we arrived in Yerevan we didn't feel like strangers because we moved into our room "Kars" and felt like at home.
Lucine, Hermine, Rosana and Gayane.
Thank you for your welcoming hospitality and your warm mornings.
Listening to the clickety clock from our room early morning made us want to get up and enjoy the day.
This is the best part of our magical voyage. We want to come back to villa, not Delenda. So take good care of it.

The charm and the setting of the Mnatsakanyan Home transported us to the old Yerevan. We were treated like royalty by your staff. Each and every one of the employees was very proficient in their job and we also felt the warmth of being part of their "family". We look forward to returning to the "Kars" suite.

We all have watched with admiration Antonio's dream of the restoration of Villa Delenda grow, develop and mature since June 2001. We thought his dream impossible, but it has surpassed all expectations. To come here from the beginning and end of our visits to the Spitak Centre is rejuvenating and heartening. The girls are delightful and so friendly and helpful. The house is peaceful and a good place both to relax and work. We pray that the authorities will come to realize its value, not just as an historical monument to the previous glory of Yerevan, but as a modern day monument to the spirit and benevolence and progress in Armenia. We hope fervently it will be here when we return. God bless you all.

Staying here for two weeks was just like being at home. The staff was pleasant and most accommodating. The rooms were clean and quiet. We would never hesitate to stay here in the future.

Thank you Villa Delenda for a week in Yerevan. This place is wonderfully decorated with great artistic details and handmade furniture and rugs. The stuff are more personable, friendly, helpful and caring. The other guests at this B&B are interesting too, I would not expect to see them in a large hotel. Armenia is a rare blend of hidden charm and world class beauty.

We had a wonderful week staying at Delenda. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts great. The central location was very convenient and Yerevan is a very "walkable" city. The small gift shop had unique gifts for home and needs to be advertised more for the tourists.
