Yerevan being the love of my heart, Villa Delenda is my home in Yerevan now. I'm happy to have stumbled across this delightful place to stay, had a chance to be embraced by the wonderful hosts and to feel at home.
I am moved by your courage and brave smiles in the face of ruthless and shamefull policies and shames of city authorities.

Your hospitality, gracious treatment and assistance were very much appreciated.
When my wife arrived in October, she felt that she was staying with close relatives as everyone was so helpful.

Our experience in Yerevan this time was decidedly different to last summer's. This was mainly due to our stay in Villa Delenda, we felt like home in every aspect. Your hospitality was top of the class, your friendliness and helpfulness were greatly appreciated and we will remember this for a long time. We will definitely come back and recommend you to our friends and family. In particular we will remember our breakfasts, which were so delicious. We shall miss you all and wish you all the best for the future.

I just wanted to say thank you again for our wonderful stay at Villa Delenda. We talk about you often and we lament the fact that should we have the good fortune of being able to visit Armenia again, Villa Delenda will likely not be there. We feel so privileged to have been able to stay with you. Please let me know if you are still open and for how long. Also, where will the ceramics and weaving done in Spitak be available in Yerevan? Will the owner of Villa Delenda be looking forward to opening another charming old building as an inn?

This is my first visit to Armenia. Without friends having a wedding party at Villa Delenda, I would not have come.
I was pleasantly surprised seeing how wonderful the country is. I enjoyed my stay at Villa Delenda. It's very charming and clean which is very important to me. The food is wonderful. Anahid is a great cook.

To Villa Delenda, Antonio, and all of you who welcomed us with your smiles, your passion and your caring. During our stay we all experienced the true meaning of being Armenian. From Arevik's 'Bari Luys' to Anahid's smile and her wonderful cooking. We thank you!
I would also like to acknowledge Amalia and Anna during the time when Tanya was sick and when I needed help with wedding arrangements. We couldn't have accomplished our children's dream if we didn't have their participation.
Our rooms were spotless and comfortable. The building itself is welcoming and memorable.
We all will always cherish the memories of staying here for the rest of our lives. You'd better have my room ready for my next visit. I also will recommend this place to everyone I know in Los Angeles.
P.S. Mr. Antonio, We all missed you at the wedding!! You should have been here when Tanya and her dad were coming down the stairs in her wedding gown....

Carissimi, non avremmo potuto trovare sistemazione migliore di questa. Essere accolti da un caffe italiano ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa, ma questo e stato solo l inizio. Siamo felici di avere incontrato tante persone, ciascuna cui per un motivo diverso e disponibile a raccontare la sua storia. Ci auguriamo che Villa Delenda possa diventre punto d incontro per molti.
Un grazie speciale ad Arevik per essersi svegliata allalba la mattina in cui siamo arrivati e per averci sopportati!

Chi ha bisogno del Congress o del Marriott? Con questo livello di servizi dovete cominciare a mettere qualche stella. Complimenti alla cuoca anche se mi faranno pagare l'eccesso di peso in aeroporto. Grazie a tutto lo staff e un abbraccio ad Antonio, che trova sempre la volonta di portare avanti nuovi progetti. Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!
