I will never forget this lovely stay in Villa Delenda. Thank you very much for taking me to your latin dance class! It was difficult but I was so happy to spend the time with you ! I didn't expect to find such great, funny, cute, lovely friends in Armenia! I want to know about your country more!! So we hope to come back, visit you from time to time.

My husband and I stayed in Villa Delenda for thirteen nights. It was great to be in the centre of Yerevan and to be able to walk to a lot of the historical buildings.
The weather was lovely, not too hot. The blossoms on the trees, lilacs and spring flowers added colour to the landscape. It was a great way to be introduced to our homeland.
Everyone was so friendly and most helpful in directing us to our places of interest. We attended an evening of Armenian Comedy and Spartacus at the Opera.
We had talked about coming to Armenia for a long time and now, that we are here, we love it! The churches and monastries reflect our rich Christian heritage. We will have many pictures to look once we return home and reflect on all the places and experiences that we have had.
Thank you for making us feel right at home. Your hospitality, warmth and kindness have been much appreciated. Everyone here has been a delight to know talk to as we had breakfast every day. We are going home with some of that wonderful pottery that the Spitak orphans have created. You are investing in the future of Armenia. We leave with treasured memories of our stay with you.

We stayed here for two weeks. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful and made it a homey environment.
It is an interesting historical site and we would like to see it be preserved. With the expansion of the boulevard and conversion of the entire zone between Aram and Buzand, it would be nice if the entire area is converted into a park, but this building be converted to a historical Yerevan museum in the middle of the park.
Over all this is a great place to stay, as we made it our home for two weeks. With best wishes to Antonio for his dedication to Armenia, the Spitak orphans and with many appreciation of the staff, we leave with great memories.
