Villa Delenda is an elegant Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of Yerevan, which was originally built in 1906 as a private residence for the Mnazakanyan brothers. A lot of the original building architecture has been restored and retained during expansion and renovation.The building has its own unique character, charm and style, harmoniously combining classical Armenian decor with the elegance and comfort of a truly gracious residence.

Villa Delenda is run by “Family Care Foundation” and the aim is mainly for the development of projects and tourism in different regions of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh.

Income from the Bed & Breakfast is also used to support the Spitak Art School and also the new Ceramic Art School in Gyumri.

The Art School in Spitak started soon after the disastrous earthquake in December 1988, with the hope of providing children and adolescents with an opportunity to develop creative and cultural skills in a warm and caring environment, otherwise damaged by poverty and natural disaster.The craft is also displayed and sold in our showroom at Villa Delenda.Villa Delenda has been very popular with our guests from Europe and the United States because of its location, good service and a homely atmosphere, and the very friendly staff.
